TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Trade Sunglasses is a trading name of Affordable Services Ltd, and any reference to Trade Sunglasses in these terms can also be considered to refer to Affordable Services Ltd where required. 1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood these terms before entering into any transaction with Trade Sunglasses and by entering into a transaction with Trade Sunglasses, we will consider that these terms are agreed to by you, the customer. The customer is the person who completed the payment or the person who created the account or both, and not necessarily limited to the named delivery recipient. 2. While every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of the website content we do not guarantee the accuracy of our information or to fulfil an order relating to such. 3. Trade Sunglasses is not liable for any consequential and incidental damages as a result of using the site. In any case the liability to Trade Sunglasses is limited to the purchase price paid for an item. 4. Prices are subject to change and any errors will be corrected as soon as possible. We reserve the right to alter any offer and to make any corrections after an order has been submitted by the customer. 5. While every attempt is made to process an order the same working day, Trade Sunglasses does not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service unless by prior arrangement. The working day is limited to Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be treated as the next working day. 6. In the event of a defective product or incorrect/missing product Trade Sunglasses must be notified no later than seven days after purchase. In the event of any return occuring this must be received no later than fourteen days after purchase, unless by prior arrangement. Warranty issues are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and the customer should contact Trade Sunglasses in the event of a warranty issue. Trade Sunglasses products have a one-year warranty and Trade Sunglasses warranty policy is in line with the statutory regulations under the Sale of Goods Act. 7. Occasionally an item that is displayed on the site may be out of stock. Trade Sunglasses reserves the right to replace the product for a similar product of equal value, you do however have the right to return a replacement product if unsatisfactory, within the timescale as set out above and in the original condition. In this instance Trade Sunglasses will reimburse postage within the bounds of normal and accepted Royal Mail postage costs. 8. You are fully responsible for any fees or charges deducted from you by any payment provider in association with your purchases and any refunds. 9. By registering on our site, purchasing or selling our products you are not a representative of SXUC, NUEU or Trade Sunglasses. You only are permitted to use images and text from this site for the purpose of creating materials to promote Trade Sunglasses’ products to your customers. Copyright of such material remains with Trade Sunglasses. 10. Trade Sunglasses is not responsible for any descriptions or methods of selling used by its customers. 11. Trade Sunglasses terms and conditions define you, as responsible for the financial transaction or account holder, our customer. We will not deal directly with your customers. We may vary these terms and conditions by publishing them on the web site at any time. Any orders made before such time will not be affected.
